Default 88 prelude si needs help

Just got her.

1988 Si 2WS 5speed

Car runs fine when i first start it.......drives for about 20-30 seconds fine then bogs and backfires from the intake manifold and basicly goes to 4-5mph in first gear floored. It runs perfect sometimes all the way to 7k rpm. but most of the time it runs like total crap. so far i have..

Changed the distributor
Changed the TDC sensor
Changed TPS
replaced spark plug wires
Changed coil
Changed fuel filter
fresh gasoline
let it idle for 45 minutes.....

The tachometer only works above 1400rpm? and i know its going under than rpm, its not inaccurate...the rev limit kicks in , in the right place at 7k.

CEL shows these codes:

#1 Oxygen Sensor A
#7 TPS (Throttle Angle)
#9 No.1 Cylinder Position

any ideas? I swaped the parts from another car i have no idea of their condition, I have a warranty from junkyard on the distributor.

get a brand new dizzy, and then check timing.
all dizzy for 88-91 prelude are the same.
the dizzy for 3rd gen gen can take odb 0 and obd1 ecu's.

i paid 50 for the entire car..... the distributor is like expensive as hell lol. i just want the car running ok.

also when it starts messing up, most of the time when i turn it off and restart it, it starts working ok again.

Check the cam timing...
????

i dont know how it can be the cam timing...... it has to be a sensor bad or something stupid.... cause it runs excellent at times and poor

Take this question to http://www.preludepower.com. More info on that problem for your gen of car.

Mostly 4th and 5th gen stuff on this site.
