b16ag2 will not start

i need help advanceing the disturbtor,correct firing order etc..... im uing harness form the honda civic ex 95 i need a check list of everything tooo check

1-3-4-2......checked fuel? checked time? checked spark???.....also may want to do a leak down and compression check if you have those three things and it still won't start

I think throwdown said it all except...................go buy the book for the del sol vtec there's something very basic in your way.
