Default f22 to f23 questions

Cliff's notes at the bottom for people that don't want to read....

So, I have an f22b1 in a 93 del sol.
I just got it up and running a few weeks ago but with an unknown history, I threw it in expecting the worst. Well, it seems to have a rod knock. Damn....
Anyway, at this point I can throw in an f23a1 or about $300....
Now the only questions I have are regarding the distributor and the exhaust manifold. Can I swap them over rom the f22b1? I'm assuming the PC pump and alternator brackets are the same and will bolt right up. If anyone can nail down these details for me, I'll be throwing it all together.
I'm also assuming I'll swap over the injectors and keep the same ecu....

And the cliff's notes...

Will the obd1 dizzy from the F22b1 fit onto the f23a1?
Are the alternator and the PS pump brackets the same?
Anything else I need to look out for?

so you're saying the PS pump and alternator brackets bolt up?

I will be selling the F22 once it's out of the car. The block makes noise, but it seems to be across the board, does it with the balance shaft belt off, and only near the middle of the stroke. Top and bottom of the block make no noise, and the head sounds like a well oiled sewing machine...

Anyway, I guess I'm down to needing to know if the F22 header will fit the F23, and if the dizzy bolts up.

Now I'm questioning the timing belt and balance shaft belt. Since I just replaced them on the F22, it would be nice to just swap them over...

So, I need to know the compatibility on:
header
distributor
balance shaft and timing belts

the header WILL work. F22Bx and F23Ax headers are interchangeable. F22Ax is NOT.

the dizzy I don't know about. I believe it should bolt up, but you'll have to run the F22B wiring harness and ECU. I COULD BE WRONG, here's a crappy pic of the F23A1 dizzy side if it helps.

Timing belt and balancer belt should work fine as well. You could cross reference the part numbers on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com to be sure.

Awesome. Thanks for snapping that pic. I'm going to check it against my motor tonight. So, aside from that, I should be good to go... I'm going to double check the part numbers on the belts now.
Thanks guys!

just checked and the belts are the same.
So, you say the exhaust manifold is the same. Then I just need to figure out the dizzy. Hopefully I can do that tonight. Then I can pick up my motor this weekend.
