Default total noob. need alot of help.

am a total noob. i have a eg hatch. i wanna drop a b16a with a ys1 tranny. dont no where to start. any one wanna help me out here?

search. That is were to start. There is a FAQ thread at the top of this forum. It will help you out with most of your questions. This site has all the info you could ever want, and more. Asking questions well help some, but they need to be specific questions, and you have to have already tried finding the answer. You will find quickly that you wont be handed anything around here.

I will get you started. A b16 is a drop in motor, you just need the b-series mounts and axles, along with the ECU and shift linkage.

Isn't a YS1 tranny a cable tranny? 92+ Civic's are hydro.
