My preludes pictures were taken and put onto an ebay ad about some gas cap or something I have nothing mugen about and sure as hell dont have their part on it any ideas

The pics on the auction didn't work for me, but FYI there is a link at the bottom of the ebay page "Report this Item". You can select that the pictures are yours and not the seller's and ebay will end the auction.

Personally I would have been flattered that they thought my car was that nice and would want to display it in order to advertise their poducts. Only my opinion, but people regularly grab a photo off the net and use it on ebay, to save them having to get a camera and do it themselves. You could always ask them for royalties as they have infringed your copyright.

a guy on another prelude site i frequent had his car come up for sale on ebay. well the pictures were of his car at least. a totally customized 4th gen w/ a unique paint color. so he reported it. scammers all over the place!! sure would have sucked to win the auction and the car doesnt even exist.
