they are off an older vw, like an 80s model prolly back when they were four lug. im thinking that they will fit seeing as people are putting bbs that were originally off 80s bmws and vws (gti, gli) on their hondas

to clear up the confusion: all 75-98 rabbits, golfs, jettas, and more (except vr6's) are 4x100. Those rims have a larger center bore and the offset will make them stick farther out than normal, but it'll be fine. I'd run them after painting them if the price is right.

Yes the hub is bigger which will require you to hub adapter, otherwise the weight of the vehicle is resting on the studs, which is as you can imagine- dangerous. If you dont want those wheels I'll take em lol. Paint them bronze FTW.

the adapters are called hubcentric rings by most people. They are definitely a good idea. However, my car doesn't have them right now. It's fine. My vw bus is designed in such a way it can't use the hub to center. It's lugcentric. Since the holes in these wheels are tapered and round (instead of oval to fit different sizes, or non-tapered to use tuner lugs) they will work as lugcentric wheels.

Saying this, though, I'm getting hubcentric adapters eventually.

Happy wheeling.

They dont look like vw wheels..look like konig gt-r's,notice the sticker and what the original thread maker says..its like when people put honda centercaps on rotas,,some people may think they're oe honda wheels..

i was refering to the bolt pattern mr speaker, not exactly the wheel. watercooled vws had the older 4x100 bolt pattern and the newer 5 bolt pattern.

Thanks for the replies, these wheels were on a VW (obviously) but there are just standard 4 x 100 rims. I'll have to do a search about offsets though. The rims shown are 40mm offsets and I'm not sure what offset a honda should have. OH yea, I might paint them, but that would make thieves notice even more(even though these arent anything special). Also my car is three different colors right now.
