How do I get a cam seal off?
My cam seal was leaking so I got a new one
I cant get the cap off
does anyone know how to get it off?

Take the valve cover off, and the cam cap off. That will be the best way. Once it is off, thoroughly clean the area, and apply some hondabond to the new seal.

weird question my car is leaking a good amount of oil under the distributor i changed the o-ring still leaks so i was wondering if maybee my cam seal is the cause of the leak....so where is yours leaking? (just soi can compare) thanks
