I bet your big texas muddin truck doesn't ride nearly as nice or get close to the mileage a ridgeline gets. all wheel drive, healthy v6 with good power, and a nice bed design if you don't need lots of room(plus a lower level cooler
). congrats on the ridgeline, the only problem we have seen with a few of them at the dealer is water leaks from up under the dash on pass. side

Why the hell would I want a truck like that?!?!
I want a truck to tow heavy **** and be competent off-road, and I don't want to worry about scratching the bed when I load it up or getting mud on the floormats. Trucks are for work. They're supposed to ride crappy, be margainally uncomfortable and get dismal gas mileage.
