Default No brake lights on my 4th gen

Anyways first time i drove my car in long long time. And of course I get to the small town of CLover SC and i get blue lights! I immediately thought it was my system, seeing how ive had around 5 noice ordnance tickets. But he said i had no brake lights.. I was like wtf? but ofcourse i didnt say it.. but anyways make a long story short he wrote me a ticket for the brake lights and for not having my pistol in plain site.

On to my question, where in the hell is the brake light fuse? I checked under the hood and under the steering wheel and found nothing.. My running lights work, just the brake lights arent working.. I have searched and found there is a switch on the pedal that goes bad.. how hard is that to replace? anyways any help will be appreciated.. help me figure out whats going on!

You can adjust the brake light switch on the pedal. Get under there and take a look at it...

whoaaaaa, you guys need to stop thinking everything is so bad. CHECK THE BULBS. its completely possible that they are just old or burnt out. Especially when you say stuff like "Anyways first time i drove my car in long long time"

Why would you replace the fuse with a bigger one? You're supposed replace fuses with same number ones, unless the last owner changed it and he or her didn't mind not having stop lights.
