Default battery sucks at starting when cold.

I assume this means I need a new battery? Or does it mean the battery is losing power? It worked last year, but now whenever it's cold the car starts hard. Any battery recommedations with a good cold amps thing? I want this battery to last a while as well. Thanks.

Definetly sounds like you need a new battery, so yes you're battery is losing power... A good alternator cannot charge a ***** battery. All you can do is buy a new one. I had the same thing happen when I used to have a saab and it was the battery.

optima, red top or yellow top whichever fits your aplication. They are worth the extra dough its costs to buy one, they use dry cell technology also so you can mount them anywhere and in any direction you want, and the warranty is pretty good too
