whats up i just put my Ls in my 94 hatch and im not getting fuel or spark after recheaking all my grounds and reading threw all the fourms . ithink that the ecu is not being turned on because when i try to start the car i get a soild CEL .and i do not hear the CHIMING noise and idont hear the fuel pump prime and what from i read on the fourms if u get a soild CEL it mean's Screwd ECU not to shore if that true im juss saying what i read i tried another Ecu and same deal tried 3 main relays and stll nothign cheaked if the fuel pump worked and it did cheaked all the fuse's with a test light and with a multi meter and they are all good but i need 2 know is there like any type of Relay or fuse exe that tells the ECU to turn on ive been out of a car for a month now and its really starting to get to me so if anybody could help me out it would really mean alot 2 me
