This ebc actually does quicken spool response as it keeps the wastegate closed till it hits boost target. It worked well in my STI, you replace the vacum hose with the stock "pill" and I am supplying the hose. Comes complete with harnesses. I had this mounted on the top of my glove box with 3m double sided tape. All necessary harnesses included.
