Default type R idle to high, no check engine light on

i just recently did a type R swap, but it idles to high like at 1300 to 1500 i don't know what it is, there is no check engine light. the motor has headers, j's racing intake, ctr crank pully, and a chipped p28. It was the same with my other motor an ls v-tech, but the ls v started to do it after i installed an integra type R intake manifold. need help!

I love how theres a 3-4 post period that the op has to get over without blowing up on someone, before he/she gets a straight answer, my fav part of h-t, seeing wether the newbs can take the heat.

Wait, here's redundant post #4

Maybe you should get a lighter weight flywheel?

Check your throttle cable, it may be too tight and slightly opening the TB
