Default wire harness plug-ins go where?

I have a 93 honda civic hb, i am putting in a 92 acura integra LS motor in my car. I need help putting the engine wireharness on the some engine plug ins. There are like 4 or 5 adapters that can go on the same plug in on the engine. There is 1 in the back of the engine, 1 under the fuel injector, another on top of the fuel injector system (next to the 4th injector), and another 1 under the distributor. Some of those connectors from the wireharness can go to all the ones i listed. Its and obd1 harness.
Please help!!

can you take pictures?

I put a 1st gen b16a in my del sol after my stock b16a blew..

one different i remember was on obd1 cars the fan switch is on the thermostat housing (small green plug).. and on the obd-0 motor its on the back (big 2 probe plug).. i took the thermostat housing off my obd-1 motor and put on the obd-0 motor.. see if you can use your civic thermostat housing on the bseries.. if not wire it to the obd-0 fan switch
