1996 Integra LS-SE 5-Spd @ 153k in NY F/S-F/T - ***PICS***

I got a new job this year! Woot! Started early january, and it's a job that is driving intensive. I know that's what this car was made to do- however, it'll be a lot of driving in traffic, stop & go, blah blah. I don't want a daily I care so much about!
I bought this car as it was the only one I could find at the time owned by an old man- meaning good maintenance, clean, stock, un-riced, un-touched, and good for whatever I wanted to do to it.
Future plans would be to basically Type-R the heck out of it, not for the sake of the name, but rather the performance (well duh) and looks. I love factory options on all cars I like; so I put a Polyurethane (better than stupid plastic!) Type R lip on the front and R wing on the back. Friend gave me a type R ****.
Some info:
Timing belt recently replaced (~135-140k) & Water pump
New Radiator, Hose, and Thermostat
Recently replaced Alternator
Disadvantages:
The Type R wing I painted myself, and didn't buff, so it has a rough "feel" to it, but it looks fine, shines fine, etc. I painted and installed this and the front lip MYSELF, as well as the stock side mudguards. I have the stock wing.
I tried sourcing a door panel but haven't yet, you'll see in my Photobucket link below that the drivers door panel has a big gaping hole- NO CLUE how the previous owner did that.
The drivers seat has the usual bolster wear, and the leather has it's normal wear and tear of a 10 year old 150k mile car.
Like any of the 4 previous Integra's I've owned past 120k miles- the engine burns a bit of oil, about a quart between 3k-4k oil changes- no biggie.
It was a New Jersey car- Need I say more? Some small dings and very minor rust spot below the gas lid.
^^^Alas, those are all minor. The only issue, yet minor still, is a leak at the upper radiator hose. When I bought the car, it never fully warmed up- stuck thermostat. Replaced it and flushed the coolant, fixed! But although the radiator is new, there was a leak up top. Replaced the Cap, didn't work, the hose, didn't work. Everything's new now! The only thing I suspect is that the aftermarket radiator has a warped tube for the upper hose, so you need to secure it better or puddy it up- or get a new radiator. You'll see pictures in my link. It's not an issue other than adding maybe a quart of coolant every ummm well..probably 10,000 miles. The leak is so slow I've never had a heat issue nor have I had to add any coolant.
It was owned by an old man, and sold to me by the mechanic who took care of it. It shifts fine, starts up every time, and I'm not selling it because it has some hidden issue I'm afraid of.
I bought it, and anyone else should too, because it's a cheap candidate for dressing it up. I am very capable of doing motor swaps and was planning on doing a full Type-R driveline someday. I like these cars in White or Silver, so it'd be a Fake Silver Type-R.

Well, I've gone much back and forth on this car. I am 90% sure I should sell it and get the more "boring" car I was selling this towards.
Bad news is: The car has more mileage on it now (LOL)
Good news is: I bought a radiator (All aluminum) for the car, so that will come with it.
Price is still the same, and negotiable.
Come get the last unabused and tastefully modified (I.e. Barely) LS-SE
