PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME TELL ME THAT THERE IS A WAY TO GET A TITLE TO REGISTER MY CAR WITHOUT GOING THRU INSPECTION PLEASE HELP OR TELL ME IF THERE IS A STATE THAT I CAN REGISTER WITHOUT INSPECTION OF SALVAGE THAT CARIS CLEAN MAN PLEASE HELLLLPPPPPP

 

Whats the matter? Using stolen parts? The only people who would have a problem with inspection is crooks.

 

Whats the problem with an inspection..When i registered my SALVAGED car all i did was get a VIN verification, smog, brake/lamp inspection thats in CALIF

if its a PA salvage title you got to get it inspected. PA just changed their salvage title inspection station that you have to go to a PA certified inspection station to get the car checked, you must have all the receipts of the part you had replaced or fixed, and if it passes you will receive the registration to drive the car away then and there(as compared to the old way of having to wait for your registration to show up in the mail.

when it comes to salvage title cars pa and new york don't get along. i know if we buy a salvaged car from new york it has to be fixed then taken back to new york to have the DMV look it over and research the parts, last car that was there took 3 months.
