If you were missing 1 you may have been okay, but missing 2? wow that's very bad. Your transmission is essentially relying only on that 1 bolt to holt it up when it's designed to have 3 hold it up.

you have to go to the MT housing part to get the stud (the nut is in your pic #20)

#16 below, also the very middle bolt on the mount is supposted to be a bolt not a stud, just look at the MT housing for a SOHC or something, it's doesn't seem to show it in that pic
