Civic cylinder 4 randomly misfire??
90% of the time its spark plugs
make sure to use NGK
also it might be the wires.
do a tune up..
spark plugs, sp wires, disubtor cap and rotor..

I agree completly with previous comments but, it sometimes means you have no/low compression in that cylinder too. Might be time for a compression check. This is a chronic problem in S2000's when they've been run low on oil and the bore gets scored up.

its could be a rat made a next on top of the fuel tank. and rat **** fell into the tank and cloged injector #4.. but we sould test the easiest and most common things first..
