Doin H23 Vtec... One question... recommendation on Timing belt pulley removed
I have had trouble removing the timing belt pulley before and i dont want to damage the crankshaft. what do yall recommend doing to get that woodruff out of the balance shaft and timing belt pulleys.

dont know yet... the balance shaft pulley and timing belt pulley were a pain to get off the old motor. The woodruff got stuck... is there any way to avoid that and make it easier to remove the pulleys?
spray it with penetrating oil, that helps alot. I had the same problem on a different engine and I tried heating it and it didnt expand enough to help, but the penetrating oil made it slide out, GL
