Default manley/ferrea valve springs, retainers and valves vs skunk2 ones

the price looks pretty the same. but what is better - manley (maybe ferrea) valves, valve springs and retainers or skunk2 valvetrain set? what would you choose? thanks.

I would choose a valve spring, retainer, and valve seat system that is very tight fitting to prevent dynamic wobblng (provided that the spring pressure is to your liking).

^^^^^^^ thats a given^^^^^^^i think all them have worked good for many of people! It would be your choice on what company you want to support. But in the end i would choose what portflow, laskyracing or whoever you chose to do the work... install the valves they recommend or install the most.

good luck! if you want i have brand new skunk2 valves for sale standard/hi comp, b-series vtec

http://www.importreview.com/re....html this guy has a comparison of some well-known valve springs...and info on purchasing them!

Don Lackey has some of the same info with different springs

Choose your springs wisely when you get them without cams! You dont want a weak small spring with big cams and vise versa. Also some oversized valves should not be use with certain cams. So pick your cams and go from there.
