Integra master cylinder problem

Integra master cylinder in 91 civic problem
i'm doing a rear disk swap on my '91 civ Si. I am also swaping out the master cylinder and break booster of a larger integra one. I have found that the break line oulet furthest back has threads that are too big for the civic end. Has anybody experienced this and if so, wut did you do to fix it? thanks for the help
