I thing http://www.machiii.net sells that style wheel. Not sure about pricing though, but its a very reliable site to order wheels from.
EDIT: I completely overlooked where you said "green". I know MachIII sells the wheel itself, but I don't think they have them in Green. I'm not even sure if they MAKE them in green, but I could be wrong.
Good luck with your search, they're expensive..but very nice looking wheels.
