I think this is just moisture sitting in my exhaust from time and when I start and rev my car, it shoots out of my exhaust. Can someone verify?

I get the same thing. Do you have a large exhaust tip?

Yeah, I have a Skunk 2 cat back. I'm looking to get a Apexi WS or stock exhaust though. But I also heard aftermarket exhaust cause the soot?

The inside of my exhaust is so sooty it's shitty But seriously, I get water out of it all the time, unless you're having pure oil or a buttload of white smoke pouring from it, don't worry. Plus you can stick your finger in some of it, and sniff it. If it just smells like nothing/normal exhaust. ignore it.

A product of combustion is water. This is very normal. I have to mop it everyday.
It is just carbon and water.

It's a product, but to an extent where mostly it's vapors and it shouldn't be puddling up in huge pools in your exhaust.

The reason THAT water is there is due to condensation in the exhaust, mixes with the carbon, creates "black water" - that's what spits out and is on the ground, like you said, carbon and water.

Though you shouldn't normally be dumping water out your exhaust saying "it's a product of combustion."

Ok so... Your exhaust is cold.....then you start your car and put HOT exhaust gasses/air through your exhaust. So hot air, cold pipe. Same as a mirror when you take a hot shower. No worries. Also if your cat is gone it may be worse but its no biggie.

Yea, I did sniff it. Smelled like gas/exhaust. But it only spits out like what I have shown when I rev it really high. Plus it was real cold outside. I'm guessin weather plays a role in it.

Yeah, the colder it gets, the more condensation can form.
