CEL code 92 Evaporative emission purge problem. what to do?

help me fix this problem. nothing major. car runs fine. just annoying.

is this the EVAP purge valve and where would i get a replacement. i think mine could be faulty because it leaks all the time and never fully closes or open no matter what the current.

any suggestions guys? are odb1 purge valves different from odb2?
