How much money would be needed for my car to pass smog?
Yah i know another smog question! I would like to know around how much money would i have to spend on my engine for it to pass smog the legit way?
I have a NON-OBD B16a[from a 91 Xsi] in my 91 integra Ls. What parts are needed and how much would labor be and is it worth it to do this on a 17 year old car or should i just put it to rest and buy another car?

If the swap is done correctly, you shouldn't really have to spend more money. You may just have to spend on minor tune up. Spark plugs, wires, working cat.
Have you tried smogging it yet

Yes, even if the motor is jdm. You can successfully pass smog with a jdm motor. You just need to make sure that all the smog equipment that is required to be added onto the motor
