Launching?
i have a question when launching my integra gsr. Do you have to step on the gas hard after you let go of the clutch or maintain the gas at haft throttle? I launch at 3000 rpm.
That is considered half throttle shifting, and you can do that you will just go thru clutches like crazy and depending on tracktion hp and axel type you snap somethin.
I use hondata and they have a option called full trottle shifting foot to the floor and don't let up when shifting and the rpms are set at a specific range may want to look inot that.
Either that good luck and Be care not to break anything

Generally you launch it around 3k, start to slip the clutch and add throttle enough so that the motor doesnt bog or bounce to redline previous to the clutch being full out. Generally, its a smooth action of letting the clutch out (start out slow and then get faster) and slowly rolling on the throttle until you reach 100% throttle. Clutch "dumps" are not a good way to launch, so just practice the slipping idea.
