just swapped k20r in type-s having ecu problems
okay i posted this in the hybrid forums but i'm not getting many responses. i need this info asap so im posting here too. heres the problem. . so i justI just swapped a k20a from a ctr into my 2002 rsx-s and i am having ecu problems. when i used the type r harness and ecu the car barely started and would just "pudder" and then die so this forced me to us the harness from the factory type-s and as of now the only ecu that will run the car is the type-s. I am not sure if the factory immobilizer is a problem with the ctr ecu or what but i would really like to use the ctr as it is meant for the motor. I have searched on this but havent found exactly what i need so any help would be great. TIA

my engine runs fine but since i have to use the type s ecu, my motor is slightly detuned. i want to run the right ecu for that motor.
