Default B16A idle. Sometimes high, sometimes just right

My engine idles around 1050-1100rpm (normally) because it keeps my 550 cc injectors from stalling my engine in traffic. I have this set with the AEM.

During my Christmas trip I noticed that my idle would be around 1600 rpms and wouldn't go down and this is after driving a few hundred miles so I'm sure it is all warmed up.

Sometimes it settles down to the regular 1050-1100. I can't hear any vacuum leaks and my boost gauge reads a consistant 19-20 mmHg whether it idles at 1050 or 1600.

I have even reloaded the calibration table to the AEM incase it messed up somewhere and it doesn't fix it. Anyone have an idea of what it might be? Thanks H-T for your second opinions.

Chips will mess with an idle on occasion. Have you done the usuall Iac valve cleanup?

I have thought of that but I figured that my engine has just turned 60K and the IAC is only 6 years old that it might not be clogged. I'll check it out tomorrow after I research a "How To" on it.

Any other ideas?
