chipping ecu

i heard that i can increase the hp of the stock d16z6 or d15b7 by burning new chip.

is that right ?
and if that right where can i get the bin file for this modelated chip ?

note i need for the stock engine not turbod engine

You may get better gas mileage .... but most likely not. You probably won't see any gains for chipping a stock motor.
