Default itr exhaust cam necessary?

hey guys me again, just got a ctr intake cam, aem cam sprcokets and field vtec controller for my 2000 si, i have the vtec set at 5500 rpms.......cant feel any muscle! But anyways people say you do need a exhaust cam and some say the opposite (NO U DONT NEED IT) ok so i bought one...... Should i dyno it or screw it buy the other cam and see what happens plus if any of you have gone through the same trial as me about jdm cams i would like to hear about it....thxs yalls

the exhaust cam makes 1-3hp tuned. go to yahoo, do a search for the "integra dyno center" whether or not its required is your decision.
