will the type sh motor mount work? and will i need to do any wiring from the h23 tranny to the sh motor cuz its an obd1 tranny with an 0bd2 engine how will the ecu pick up the obd1 h23 tranny im using the sh ecu
You will not be able to use the H23 tranny. The ATTS unit will not go on the H23 tranny. If you want to use any tranny other than the SH tranny your gonna have to do the ATTS removal mod.

hes putting this swap in a 4th gen. why would he want to use the sh tranny. It would be to much work to wire in the atts unit and make it run right.
the easiest thing is to use the h23 tranny and the sh motor. I would use an obd1 ecu not the sh. and I would use all the h23 motor mounts.
everything will bolt right in. except for the intermediate shaft which I believe people have made these adaptors before.

Isn't a SH block different than a standard H22 block?

the only way this swap will work is if you have the tranny, axles, atts unit, motor, ECU, ATTS computer, and rewiring a few things.....If there's something I'm missing, someone post up
he is putting it in a fourth gen. al he wants to use is the engine. and get the adapter plate for his intermediate shaft. use the 4th gen tranny and mounts.
simple and done.
no bullshit of adding atts which I have never seen done in a 4th gen. please show me if it has been done.
