96 ek swap

i got a ek swap gsr with a 97 civic ex harness witch it will not run my butterfly for my v-tec and to do that can i just run a p28 chipped ecu to run it?

You need to wire the IAB to the ECU plugs and run a P72. The P28 will not open the butterflies.
