I can help out somewhat. I use an MSD SCI-L ignition box with a Blaster SS coil.
The red box next to your distributer is your coil (actually is the Blaster SS coil). The wires going inside of the car from the coil should go to the actual ignition box. You will need to find this box as well.
To remove MSD, you will need to remove both the ignition box and the coil. Then, you will need to add the stock ignition coil to the distributer. On Integras this is located inside of the distributer. To see this simply remove the distributer cap and look for a black box about half the size of the MSD coil. If this is not in the distributer, then you will need a new one. When adding this stock coil back, you will need to include the 2 wires that connect it to the distributer. I do not know this wiring, so you will have to find a Helms manual (or other) to figure out the wiring. The MSD website should have a schematic of their wiring, which may help.

Depends if they took the stock coil out or not, but basically you can either replace the old distributor w/ a new one (and remove the entire thing and sell it as a ready to run unit) or you can take the MSD red box and MSD external coil off, put a stock cap back on and generally you'll have to put the stock coil back in the distributor and/or hook it up w/ the wires. Some people leave it in there and splice the wires on the outside of the dizzy, others take it out and just hook to the wires in the dizzy. Thus, its hard to say exactly what needs to be done without actually seeing it.

95 integra has a point. I forgot to mention that you will need the stock distributer cap when using the stock coil.

Good write up. This is what I had to do when I had to take my MSD ignition out for the CA ref.
