B&M's are very reliable. AEM's are teh suck, the adjust nut always works its way loose and you end up running lean! No experiene with any of the others you mentioned.
Curious on why you need an FPR? Injectors too small? If you get large enough of injectors everything should be fine with full resolution software like Hondata, Crome, AEM...etc

I ran an aeromotive on my 500whp galant with not 1 problem EVER. I loved that thing and would definately buy it again.
Are you looking for a bolt on or one for use with stainless lines?

i had b&m type one and i guess i cut the original one bad or something so now it leaks fuel.. so i need A fpr.
