Default what is limt of factory headbolts??

what is th limt o point that u should upgrade to head studs?..its in a lsvtec..it has gsr bolts in it now...im lookin to make around 300whp mybe alil more...oem bolts fine??

Upgrade time. :]
Usually factory head bolts like to give around 250-300. Be safe and get ARPs or AEBs.

If I was building an engine for boost I would just use studs.It's just cheaper and easier to do it from the start.

my cousin did his ls/vtec at inline pro and made 505whp i stock head bolts...it was spinning the dyno and did get any good numbers.
