Hey, I'm also doing the turbo my R thing.
Just go with the Drag kit and a hondata/injector setup.
With a thicker headgasket on the stock bottom end you should be good to go for a while.
Probably 10 lbs easy.

Deep pockets needed.
Good luck, ed.

swap to a tial wastegate, larger injectors such as 440cc, warlboro intank fuel pump and hondata and a 3in exhaust and you'll be good to go

I don't really think you can use the words turbo and budget at the same time. You should really look into your fuel system and tuning, because without these you'lll find yourself in a world of hurt. Also, you want to go with a large turbo than you can get in the kits?

You need to decide what you goals are and then pick a turbo that is designed for what you want. I think you should go spend a good bit of time reading over in the forced induction area because once you start talking turbo, those are the people that can more than likely provide the most help.

Have alot of money. I have done alot of work already just to get the motor/tranny ready for turbo. What ever cost you have in your head, add 3G's more because things keep coming up that you need. I also am doing a custom setup.

Garrett T3/T4 .57 a/r
SFP turbo manifold
RC440 injectors
Bosch fuel pump
Spearco Intercooler
Vortech FMU
SFP downpipe
Magnacore 8.5mm wires
NGK colder plugs
Blitz DD BOV
SS oil lines
VAFC
Tial 35mm wastegate w/ 6psi spring
ACT Xtreme PP with Organic street disk
I got my flywheel resurfaced

I think that's all I might have missed something

I will also eventually get AEM EMS, 3" DP and exhaust, testpipe, FJO wideband 02.

THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. IF MONEY IS AN ISSUE DONT DO TURBO!

-forgot to add greddy boost gauge and EGT gauge

Pete na, I got the parts lying around now just gotta put em in. I just got the Flywheel resurfaced and ACT clutch put in. I took your advice, man that thing grips like a freakin bear. I'll let ya know. I wanna get another Philly meet together or BBQ or something as soon as I get my stuff all in. Some guy hit my R 2 weeks ago so its in the shop being fixed right now. I'll definitely give you a ride when it's complete. Looking for 240+whp at 6-7psi with stock bottom until I can get my block built.
