Depends on the shape. That better be in real good shape for that price. I'm not to certain.
Is it from a dealer or person?

Don't go only by me but that sounds like a iffy deal.. I would say 4000 would sound more reasonable though. This may help:

They sell for different prices in different areas. I just bought a 96 lx, 5sp with 136,000 for 6500, but it was in great shape, new tires/timing belt/tune/exhaust/ect..some might say thats too much, but its under dealer blue book for my area.

thats pretty low miles for a 94. If he used it 12,000 a year that'll be around 156,000 mi. But as for pricing, i would pay 3000-4000... Look for any dents, even slightest. Rust, engine, smell the tranny fluid for any burn smell, check closely. Good luck. If you get it, post the pix of it. =P

See tires ,More than 2 year worth of thread. Brakes are not spongy. Some brake pads are left. Under body is pretty important. No rust or anything loose. If you can test drive, shift it into 1st gear to check for any rattles(engine vibrate most) So yea.

Dealers always follow KBB price values. I would say $3500 top.

Like I said, You need to find the bluebook price for YOUR AREA and go from there.. Its a different market in different areas. Thats why the kbb site asks for your area code. that car books for 5900 in my area, and I'd be laughed out the dealership if I told em some guy on the net told me it was only worth 3500. Hell, you cant even get one private party around here for 3500. http://www.kbb.com/KBB/Selection/Equipment.aspx

yeah you probably could save 1000$ at least looking elsewhere. Many of the ones around here go for 3,500$. That's a crazy price for a 13 year old car.
