Reading Service Manual Question (correct interpretation)
ok, im going through the steps in my service manual to diagnose a MAP sensor problem, as per this thread

So, I got to a point in the service manual, where there is some ambiguous terminology. Anyone familiar with service manuals who can tell me exactly what the interpretation of this specific step is, I would be very greatful. See pic below .... what does the part mean about "connect the test harness "d" connector to the ECU only, not to the main wire harness (page 11-25)"

sorry, to clarify, i am confused as to if I ONLY plug D (leave others unplugged) or what , its the second part of the statement that confuses me really.
