window wiper spray dont work?
so i was driving, so i decided to use my window washer spray since my widow was dirty. As i hit the button, the spray didnt shot any water? anyone know if theres a spray motor that might be broken? i check the washer fluid, and its still full so i know it could be the line or the motor. Anyone have experience this problem?
Heres a few simple ideas...
Find which circuit it is on, and check for a blown fuse.
Check to see if your fluid level lowers/look for a leak, while attempting to spray in your driveway (Possable Clogged or broken fluid line)
I believe the motor you are looking for is usually located on the bottom side of the resevoir (Black thing attached to the white tank, heh)
Another idea would be to have some one pull the lever, while you check for voltage down at the motor.
You can also try running 2 wires to your sprayer motor from your battery, if it shoots washer fluid into your neighbors yard, the problem is in the circuit for sure, rules out the motor/resevoir/lines.
Hopefully this helps, would be nice to know what vehicle/age is, might help with other replies. GL
