Default Bad torque converter?

When sitting at a light my car has a really loud annoying vibration but only when in drive with the brake applied. I've torqued the brakes a couple of times for some bullshit launches, does that hurt anything? Could it be a loose/broken tranny motor mount?

You torqued your brake bolts to spec before launching? Does it vibrate in reverse too?

No reverse, brake torqueing as in revving up to 2k but holding my car still with the brakes. Not Torque specs.
