Default Hondata S300 ...any Hondata experts?

Hi,

I have a 1999 Honda prelude (H22a4). I want to upgrade my bone stock ECU to the s300 system and have a few questions.
The car is NA, stock block, and head.

(1) I have a P72 JDM OBD-1 ECU so I need to get the s300j system. That is fine, but everything "instructions and software" will still be in English right?
(2) I want to use a wide band O2 sensor. Will that work with the s300j system or do I need to also run an additional narrow band?
(3) Do I need to buy any other sensors to be compatible with the P72 ECU? My H22a4 Knock, engine speed, crank, ECT, oil pressure, ect sensors will all be compatible with a P72?
(4) Will I loose the ABS?
(5) can I disable the CEL checks that I know don't need to be shown, like o2 heater malfunction, evap systems, ect.. But still have the useful CEL's enabled?

That's all I can think of right now

1) Yes, run the 300j system

2) Run the PLX m300 system. You can loop it into your hondata s manager so you can get all of your readings in the s manager software. You can also disable your stock 02 sensors.

3) You will need to socket the ecu. But yes, you retain all of your stock sensors using the p72.

4) No you will not

5) Yes, you can disable all of those CEL's. There is an option to disable I believe 5 CEL's... one of which you have to run when running the jdm ecu's. You can retain the system to read any other CEL's of course... and through the s300 system you can actually pull and clear codes.

Let me know if you need a unit... we have the s300j's in stock. We also offer socketing services

You cannot enable the knock sensor when running a h22 on a p30 or p72 with any of the systems. The knock boards are tuned to different frequencies, so although the sensor may be compatable, if you have the KS enabled, the p72 will sense all sorts of phantom knock around the vtec engagement point at the least.
