Does anyone know off hand who makes a c/f sunroof insert for a 5th gen?

lighterfaster makes a sunfoor plug that is CF.

I have it on my track car. The CF piece fits perfectly, but the mouting leaves much to be desired. I like it, but I just wish the mounting was better.

 

Ive seen them on ebay for 4th gens,but they are plugs,and ur sunroom will not work anymore.....I like carbon fiber,but not as much as my sunroof.

The point is to loose weight to improve acceleration and handling...doesn't matter if you like CF or not.

That is Adam from Lighterfaster's old website and I don't believe he works there anymore. They probably won't respond if you send them any orders...

Go to http://www.lighterfaster.com to get a 4g or 5g kit. You loose 40+ lbs on a 4G and supposedly 50 lbs on a 5G.

 

i sort of want one.. i like the sunroof.. but it is squeaking lately and I'm sure it will die on me sometime.. maybe ill give them a call.
