Default Putting AC on a B16???!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I have all of the original parts to my A/C for my 90 CRX DX. I swapped a b16 in it and in the summer it gets hot as hell. I'm not to worried about the loss of hp with a/c and was wondering if there is any way to just mount up the ac with out having to get any special parts. I wasnt sure if there has been anybody that has been able to get away with mounting it without getting the hasport AC bracket I dont wana spend like $150 on it. And what about the clearance on the fan?

I think you can use a bracket off a 16 del sol. Do a search is been asked before.

You'll have to get the bracket or make your own like I did. you can only use the del sol VTEC bracket in 92+ civics

Seriously?

An alternative to using funky mounts is if you have the b16's compressor you can have custom lines made at a local AC shop. They'd probably LOVE to see you walk in with a job for them in the middle of winter. My friend's dad works at one and says business is VERY slow in winter and they're always looking for things to do.

You'd need the lines from both the civic and the B16 to scavenge ends, or they may have what you need in house. It's worth a shot, right?
