Default How Much Boost?

How much boost will I be able to run on a stock b18b bottom end? I am currently running 7psi on my stock D16Z6. I believe I can run more the B18b but I am not sure. Also about how much power (hp/torque) could I get out of that recommended boost?

Thanks

I'd run 10 or less if fuel and spark are in order.

How much HP do you think I could get out of 9psi? What are the specs on the b18b stock (hp/torque)?

Assuming that all blocks are created equal...B18, B20...then you can probably handle 12 psi easily. I'm not sure if the strength of the B20 is stronger than the B18, which doesn't make any sense because the B20's sleeves are thinner than the B18 because of the larger bore. <---Assumption)

I have a friend who is running a stock B20 motor with about 12 pounds. So far the only thing that gave was his cam seals. Block still intact.

actually i remember reading somewhere that the b20 block was indeed stronger than the b18 block.
