Take the motor off and inspect... some of them you can replace the door, you might need an entire new motor, from what ive gathered from shopping around for mine a year ago is that most of them come with a year warrenty. The sound must be annoying as well.. i love mine when its screaming at WOT but hate it when cruising trying to listen to music, but thats why i bought it' to have the choice of loud and quiet.

If you can get to it take it off and try taking it apart and getting it to close and leave it that way until you can send it out to get repaired?

Really depends on which brand E-cut you went with... I find a lot of them are complete POS, first they don't seal tight, then they get stuck, and then the gears inside the motor gets chewed up. I saw one of my friend's E-cut motor literally fell off the car on the highway after 1 month of use...LOL

I think they tend to have a lot of problems too but you can always just spot weld them so they dont fall apart but as far as leaking I cant help you there?
