ls swap questions!!!!!
ok here is the deal,i have a 95 civic dx hatch that i want to do a ls swap in.i found a 89 integra for 400.00 but it is obdo and has cable clutch,is there any way to convert the tranny to hydrolic?i found a mount kit from hasport but i am not sure that i am looking at the right thing.also to switch the engine to obd1 i would need the obd1 intake mani and harness correct?then it just plugs into the stock harness from there?
you need this mount kit..
http://hasport.com/shop/produc...id=33
you are going to also need a obd-1 dizzy
you can use the harness off your current motor with your current injectors
get you stock ecu chiped for ls or get a ls ecu obd-1

and no wiring nothing up or anything correct?can i use the axles from that same car or can i keep my axles?my car still has the single cam in it at the moment.
u will need b-series axles
unless you dont have the money i would really advise a hydro tranny
i think the mount is like... $200?
you could get a tranny for like $400

Ahh I'm confused on what you meant by "current injectors." The OBD-1 harness will control his OBD-0 injectors? Or to swap the OBD-1 injectors from his current DX to the OBD-0 engine (more likely what you meant)?

actually, i was under the impression that it would bolt right up to the stock trans in his car.

the motor in this car is a b18....it should drop right in i just need to convert it over to obd1,i picked up a gsr tranny for 250 so that prob is solved.
i am sorry i just noticed that the car is actually a 90 model not a 89.it was made in the last part of the year of 89 but it is actually a 90.will these shift links work also or will i need new ones?
Sorry bro your gonna have to find another teg the 86 to 89 integras came with a dual cam d series not a b series. Although that engine will bolt up to your d series tranny already in your civic.
no........this car has a b18 in it.i mistaked the car being a 89 but it is actually a 90. i read the tag on the inside of the door wrong it was made in like december of 89 so there for it is a 1990 model it is not a 89.and besides the block states it is a b18.can i use these shift links out of this integ in my hatch?
Well if that's the case then yes everything will work but you might want to swap the wheel hub/ trailing arms too because the civic probably has/had antilock brakes and sensors whereas the 90 to 91 integra did not which is better neways if you ask me. Good luck the wiring is no big deal just don't use the injector resistor,obd1 cars don't require them.
