Default CKP sensor problem, already searched.

I'm throwing a CKP code and my car is going into limp mode after running for a little bit. I replaced the dizzy with a different one and its still doing the same thing. I have a 90 CRX with a D16Y7. I used my OBD0 ECU and my OBD0 dizzy from the A6 after I did the swap so I could stay OBD0. This code started recently, and the swap has been in for a month. I havent messed with any of the wiring. I already searched and I couldnt find any that was answered. (They all had to do with swaps and mixed wires)
Thanks

Also, when I'm in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, and give it more than an inch of throttle is studders really bad like its missing. Any ways to fix this problem? Anyone had this problem before? I unplugged my ecu and let it sit overnight and I'm not throwing the code anymore but its still missing really bad. But when I'm in 4th or 5th or doesnt do it. Anyone have anything I could try?

I don't really know, but maybe you have to use the correct dizzy for the engine.

Before I reset my ECU/ switched my dizzy, I was also throwing a 17 (VSS) and a 7 (TPS). The 17 is because my speedo cable broke. After I switched my dizzy and reset my ECU, I'm only throwing a 17 but its still missing at anything more than an inch of throttle. It also does not miss when I'm in reverse, no matter how much I push the throttle.

Also, I don't know if its relevant, but I only have the 2 side motor mounts, my front and rear are broken. My tach also makes a ticking when the motor hesitates. Any help would be great.
