yo i got an 05 rsx type s for christmas and my step dad said i gotta keep my **** stock until im 18... what can i do now that he wont notice?

october...and im leaving for college before at the end of august and i cant take the car first semester

Why? He is your father, he gave you a car with stipulations. Why not respect that and wait until October?

It only makes sense. I would rather not have to worry about him finding out, than to just wait.

You can work on your suspension that shouldnt be to noticalbe. Get a good set of coilovers like Tein Super Street Dampers w/ pillowball mounts. For a little more power you could get a Cold Air Intake, just dont pop the hood while your Dads around.....or you could just wait until your 18 and boost that ****!!!!!

 

i would just wait and save the cash
get ready for k-pro and such

work on that driver mod in the mean time

yahh thats what i was thinking...the coilovers... but with the CAI which one can i get that isnt noticable...arent a lot of them loud?

 

CAI arent really loud unless you're pushing your car, just pump the music loud wen u drive your dad then he wont hear it ^_^

 

That's f'd up, he gives you a car, tells you don't mod it and you want to mod it behind his back.


Did it not occur to you maybe he wanted a warranty or something to run out first? Wait until Oct

 

i hope you mod it and he finds out then sells the *****.........

 

dude leave your car alone he gave it to you as a gift. if hes anywhere near smart he will look under the hood and anywhere else to see if you did anything and if he has common knowlege he will notice. just put a loud system inside or something he should let you do that and save up for a turbo

And I hope you're aware, you're UNDER 18 with an 05 Type S, consider yourself lucky man!

Who cares if you have to keep it stock until October, you're paying NOTHING for that car!!

Do something he will notice and get good grades in school and appreciate the fact that you got a nice car for xmas.

Isn't it fast enough for now?
