I got a 94 accord ex with acceleration problems. when i try to acclertate like going onto the freeway or flooring it etc. my rpm would shoot up and i dont no why but it shoots up and the car dont accelertate or nothing. Everytime that happends i let go of the gas then press it slowly then it would accelerate slowly and traffic behind me would wait till i accelerte. can anybody help me that problem, it is getting VERY annoying not being able to accelerat right away. By the way its and automatic transmission with a f22 engine vtec. THX

sounds like a slipping transmission.

 

what should i do?

 

start by checking your trans fluid level.... if its low thats your problem. if its up to par, you are gonna have a bigger problem.

Manual swap.

 

ok im gonna check the trans fluid level if there is noding wrong then what?
and if its high what will happend and what do i do?
