Default need some help with my ef

ok i just bouhgt a 1989 Civic Si. it is a good car and in decent shape. So here is the problem, when i start it up for the first time each day it starts and goes to about 2k rpms then dies. start it up a 2nd time and it stays running. Then after it is warmed up and i get it on the road anythin below 2krpm it surges back and forth while moving. It idles fine after it warms up but through all gears it does this surging and jerking. Then after about 30 minutes of driving the CEL comes on and throws the o2 code. I replaced the o2 with a factory o2. It still throws the o2 code and i am stumped on what the problem is. Oh and i replaced the tps sensor and iacv thinking this was the problem but to no avail.

CAN SOMEONE HEILP!!???

Check you cap, rotor, plugs and wires. What engine is it anway? I had the same problem with initial startup and found that if you let the fuel pump prime before you start the car, it wont die out at first start. You might need a new fuel pump if this helps.

What brand of O2 sensor are you using? You may want to check the wiring per a service manual to make sure you don't have any breaks in the wire for the sensor. Any other codes? The idle surge could be: a) vaccuum / exhaust leak b) FITV or c) EACV (you said you replaced it, was it new or if it was used did you clean it first?)
